The Main uses of these Features.
The critical path icons are especially useful when managing complex schedules. For example, when a project has a large negative total float, selecting the activity with the highest negative float and using the critical path tools can help identify the driving activities. This allows project planners to quickly address the root cause of delays. This could provide planners with the ability to streamline schedule management by focusing on the most impactful tasks.
Conclusion
The critical path is one of the most effective schedule analysis techniques however when it comes to the delay analysis there are much more criteria to be considered, If you would like to know more about construction claims and extension of time we highly recommend this course for you
